TT&T card is not found.
Solution
Below instructions are based on VeriQ Windows XP/7
First, confirm what measurement boards are supposed to be installed on the system. Navigate to “System settings” -> “Advanced system functionalities” -> “System information” and confirm what boards are displayed under “hardware”.
If a Medistim measurement board is missing from the list, reinstall it by performing below procedure. Repeat the procedure from step 2 for each board that is missing from the hardware list:
- Exit to Windows by doing one of the following:
- Insert the maintenance card
- Insert USB keyboard. Press "alt+f4" to close the application, then "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" to open task manager. Then, type in "explorer" as a new task. On windows 7 systems, in the Window that appear, you must navigate to " D:\Medistim\Administration\" and run " "entermaintenancemode.bat" to boot into Windows.
- Navigate to C:\drivers\medistim measurement devices\##The board that is to be installed## and confirm the driver file of the missing board is inside. (If for some reason it isn’t, they can all be found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnqFyU9QVVi4m2mLbXnKhk_WnVVw?e=l76o8H)
- Next, enter device manager (start -> control panel -> system -> device manager, or equivalent) to confirm if all drivers under the Medistim measurement devices is properly installed without warning indicators (yellow exclamation marks) If a board is not present, it might not be recognized as Medistim hardware, so also check the other categories for unknown devices with warning indicators.
- When you find the device with missing driver, double click the file, and select “update driver”.
- Select from a specific location
- Then “Don’t search”
- Then press “have disk”
- In the window that appear, select “Browse” and navigate to the to C:\drivers\medistim measurement devices\##the board that is to be installed## and select the file from step 2.
- After this, do a restart of the system, and it should be OK. If this doesn’t solve the problem, it could be a hardware failure.
