Symptoms
Patient data exists but end user is unable to export the data.
Solution
Before the first export make sure the Medistim MiraQ is set up to export data.
On the "Dashboard"-screen:
Tap the “Settings”-button at the top side of the screen.
On the "System Settings"-screen:
Tap the "Software Customization"-button at the bottom left.
Make sure the following 3 items are checked:
- “Enable Data Export”
- “Verify files on Export/Import”
- “Show export destination popup” (older versions will not have this option)
- Tap “Ok”
Then, search for patient and Export.
